OdessaLove is not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of the introduction and/or communication of its members.

You understand that we do not provide or sell personal contact information (home address, personal e-mail addresses, telephone numbers) of our members to other members of OdessaLove or third-party. We reserve right to monitor correspondence and exclude this kind information from letters and other means of correspondence. Personal contacts are passed personally from member to member in time of their real meeting.

The ways of using our web-site:
Registration Sign-up process is optional matter and is there for creating your profile and storing it in our database. Instead you can just simply send us e-mail message attaching your photos and profile personal information to be stored in our database and used for showing it to women members at any time or upon your request.
If you decide to skip profile creation step you may simply write introduction letters to women members.
We are always available to assist you answering questions about specific members or doing sort of 'matchmaking' advice.

OdessaLove contains the copyrighted material. You may not post or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, photos, videos and other content available. OdessaLove is for the personal use of individual members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial activity.

Prices for our services
All prices stated in Services Section are given in local Ukrainian currency 'hrivna' and shown equivalent in US dollars. Please read carefully our services page and always ask questions if something is unclear for you.
Important notices:
    - E-mail Correspondence charges should be processed after first introduction letters.
    - Information of your account status will be presented to you automatically by e-mail
      or be requested by you at any time.
    - There are no recurring fees or membership fees in OdessaLove.
      'What you see is what you get' - You pay only for the requested services.
    - There is no special refund policy but if you feel that service provided to you
      was defective, you may apply for individual complain and
      your complain is to be studied and decided about issuing a refund.

Privacy policy
On-line sales are processed by secure server in safe environment insuring that your credit card and other personal information are kept private. Charges to your credit card appear after all kinds of verification and fraudulent checks.
The personal data collected by us is used according to the personal information protection laws and by any means it is given or sold to the third party. Your personal information (excluding contact details) is available for our lady members or may be shown to them upon your request. You may request to remove your profile at any time by simply sending e-mail written request.
